The required elements of a cause of action for fraud are: \u201ca material misrepresentation of a fact, knowledge of its falsity, an intent to induce reliance, justifiable reliance by the plaintiff and damages.\u201d <em>Eurycleia Partners, LP<\/em> v<em>.
